What do you like about skating?  I thought cycling was fun, but this is at least twice as fun as cycling and more rewarding.  Technique plays a bigger part in your speed proficiency than it does in cycling. What are your goals?  My goal is to place in my age category this year at NorthShore and then eventually be the fastest in my age group. What else besides skating do you like to do o­n your free time? Get ready for the next skate.  Well OK.  I like to listen to music and experiment with modifying (tweaking) audio equipment to improve the sound quality --- if I have the time and can't skate...
